Harley has been putting on anniversary events for 30 years with the first being on their “85th” Anniversary. I went to the “95th” and have been able to go to all since that date.

Harley did provide plenty of information on what was going on when, where and how to get there.

There have been many changes over the years and some other parts that still happen have been getting better with time.

My first stop was to check in at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The museum includes one of a kind collection of Harley-Davidson memorabilia, stories about the company, the people who made the company what it is today and numerous other items of interest. It is open all year, and I strongly suggest that if you did not get to visit during the anniversary you do make time in the future to visit.

While there we learned more about the new 2019 model motorcycles and got to actually see them instead of just photos.

Walking around the grounds we had the opportunity to see the Born Free Bike Show and visit the Cannonball Tent before heading to get “HOG” Event Pin and of course see Gloria at her book signing.

On the Museum grounds were people from all over the world, old and new motorcycles, stunt riders and a opportunity to get your photo taken at the original H-D Shed

When you have finally seen everything you want at the museum, a visit to one of the area dealerships was a must. They all had multiple events, including Party Time and a chance to pick up something to take home.
